We charge a small, transparent service fee only when you hire a contractor and fund a project through our secure payment system. For contractors, there may be a subscription fee to access the project marketplace and submit bids.

Not at all! Our AI is designed to understand basic layouts. As long as you can draw simple lines for walls and basic shapes for fixtures like showers, sinks, and toilets, our system can interpret it. The goal is to capture the layout and dimensions, not create a masterpiece.

We take safety and quality very seriously. Every contractor on our platform goes through a rigorous vetting process that includes verification of business licenses, proof of insurance (general liability and worker's compensation), and a review of their past work and customer references. We also monitor their performance and reviews on our platform continuously.

Tendereno uses a secure milestone payment system. When you hire a contractor, you fund the first milestone of the project into a secure holding account. The funds are only released to the contractor after you confirm that the work for that milestone has been completed to your satisfaction. This protects both you and the contractor, ensuring work is done as agreed before payment is made.

No, you are under no obligation to hire anyone. You can review all bids, communicate with the contractors, and decide whether to proceed. If you don't find the right fit or decide to postpone your project, you can simply close it without any cost.

To ensure a high-quality marketplace, we require all contractors to provide a valid business license for their operating area, proof of current general liability insurance, and references from past clients. We also conduct a background check and an interview to ensure a good fit for our platform.

Payments are managed through our secure milestone system. Before work begins, the homeowner funds the first milestone. Once you complete the agreed-upon work for that stage, you mark it as complete in the dashboard. After the homeowner approves it, the funds are released directly to your bank account. This eliminates the hassle of chasing payments and ensures you're paid promptly for your work.
